We have also concluded a data processing agreement. This contract regulates the scope, type and purpose of Raidboxes GmbH’s access to data. Access is limited to what is necessary to fulfil the hosting services.

4. Contact form
The contact form of this website is implemented via the SureForms service. If you contact us via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We process data for the purpose of inviting guests to and holding events.
The legal basis for this is, on the one hand, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in providing information about our events. On the other hand, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) also serves as a legal basis. According to this, data processing is lawful if it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party. Data processing is carried out for the performance of a contract relating to an event if you have registered for it.
We use Microsoft Teams for online events and video conferences. You can use Microsoft Teams if, for example, you receive an invitation to an online event with a meeting ID and, if necessary, additional access data by email. When you visit the Microsoft Teams website, Microsoft is responsible for data processing. Visiting this website (https://teams.microsoft.com/) is only necessary to download the necessary software if you do not want to/cannot use it directly via an internet browser without downloading it first. Photos, videos, or other media recordings may be made during events. These recordings are used for presentation and information purposes, including on our website, in publications, or on social media. If participants do not agree to being photographed or otherwise recorded, they are asked to notify the seminar management or event staff. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in public relations and the presentation of events in order to give interested parties an insight into the activities of AI Quality & Testing Hub GmbH.
6. Newsletter and Information
We use data provided by you, such as title, academic degree, first and last name, and your email address, to send you a newsletter on specialist topics and events. This data processing is based on your consent, which you gave us when you registered for the newsletter or events.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. According to this, data processing is permitted if you have given your consent to data processing for one or more specific purposes. Your consent to receive the newsletter can be revoked at any time. To do so, simply send an email to info@aiqualityhub.com. The personal data stored as part of the newsletter registration and for information about events will be deleted once you have successfully unsubscribed from the newsletter and information about events.
7. Language selection
The Polylang service is used to provide multilingual content on this website. It uses technically necessary cookies to store the language selection.

8. Visitor statistics
The WP Statistics service is used for statistical analysis of visitor access of this website. No cookies are set. All data is processed anonymously (e.g. shortened IP address). It is not possible to identify individual visitors. The data remains on our server and is not passed on to third parties.
